Ladies and gentlemen, sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

The cult lurks everywhere and so we have to increase our efforts of spreading the word.

Perdition's Mouth: Abyssal Rift is a game full of text which can be a hurdle to those who struggle with the English language.

Luckily for us a master of linguistics who goes by the name of Stefanie Schnitzler has agreed to aid us on our quest. Thereby we are now happy to announce that our Q3/2017 reprint of the base game will also be available in the German language.

We are still relentlessly pursuing possibilities for translations to other languages so if any of our sisters and brothers in arms knows something or is willing to help, do not hesitate to contact us.

While we’ve been busy with this our grand master of arts, Jamie Noble, has been toiling away to be able to present you with the art of our new victim card. Keep an eye on the campaign page for this very soon or just visit him on his Facebook page and give him a like!

New found treasures!

Dear brothers and sisters,

 The cult of the Insectoid God  is relentlessly pursuing its devious schemes but we grow in numbers and for that you'll be rewarded.

 Our storage supplies are running dry, especially on the highly sought after "Gamer's Bundle".

 Luckily through the tireless labor of our storage minions we have been able to recover several more copies of both the dreadmonk's "deluxe edition" and the demon's "gamer's bundle".

 The pledge levels have mostly been adjusted according to our new found inventory but later today another 50 demons (gamer's bundle) will be unleashed upon us so stay alert!

 But until then, let's rejoice in our new found fortune! Since you've all been spreading the word and more have joined our ranks new rewards have been unlocked.

 The Abyssal Rift can be a dangerous place and the halls leading down into the Perdition's Mouth are not for those who come ill prepared. So to support your journey and to give you more options several items of treasures have been added.

 First a tribute to one of the earliest influences on the game and a friend of the game's creator. The Icon of St. Ferdinand will be added to all pledges including the traitor guard expansion.

 Secondly we've started unlocking a series of bonus treasures which are meant to be used as starting gear for specific heroes. Niffil, Tyra, Bastian and all warriors have one item each so far but with all of your further efforts more might still come.

 That's all for now but keep your eyes open for more news will soon come and the cult lures everywhere.

Dear backers and legendary heroes,

 It's been a long time since our first call to arms in the struggle against the relentlessly spreading influence of the insectiode cult.

 It was in the month of December in the year of 2015 that over 600 brave souls came together to make a stand against the onslaught of evil and we will always be eternally grateful!

 With this experience we went into this project hoping that many of you would again heed the call and raise your swords against the forces of tyranny.

 But even we could not even in our wildest imaginations have thought that so many would be willing to join the cause again and that so much new blood would join the ranks of the just.

So to celebrate this grand victory and to shed even more fear through the ranks of the insectoid cult we have decided to set up some more milestones that can be achieved by you.

First at a total funding of 37.500 we will provide you with another scenario to test your strenght and wits at, perhaps even with the help of a new found friend? In addition to that the grand master illustrator Jamie Noble will provide you with another set of tokens to mark the exits of every level of the dungeon.

Second at a total funding of 42.500 another victim card will be provided as a grand reward for anyone willing to save the innocent. Onto that the great master of chants will write and record an atmospheric sound track for your next delve into the Abyssal rift. This will be provided to all backers in the form of a mp3.

And at last if we manage to gather together a total of 47.500 in funds everyone will be provided with a set of surprise cards giving options for trading what's not need in exchange for well needed healing or even the life of a fallen hero.

 Also through the relentless effort of our storage minions we are hoping to be able to provide you with more opportunities the get the base game and the gamers bundle. Thereby offering all our inventory from our online shop through this Kickstarter.

We've made it this far but more can still be achieved so spread the word, muster your strenght and do not let the cult win.

More painted Brother Örns

Dear backers, 

I am happy to tell that Ukko Kaarto has promised to paint an additional fifty brother Örn miniatures. Thus, we have added a new pledge level. You should also notice that this second wave means 4-6 weeks in addition to earlier schedules as all painted miniatures will be done by Ukko himself, manually and hence will surely be unique.

By the end of campaign we should see first samples from Ukko as he'll get the production samples on 26th July!

Gosh, we’ve reached all our planned stretch goals and first of the social goals and we’re still on the first day of the campaign.

This means that we'll have to put our thinking caps on and consider what would be next. Give us half a day, at least to confirm the cost implications. 

Future plans 

Nevertheless, quite a few have asked about availability of the base game. Some copies could still be in retail stores and once the pledge levels containing the base game are sold out, we’ll have to match those backers with our existing stocks and see if we can offer a few extra copies as new pledge level (you can not extend current pledge level).

But we are also planning on making a 2nd print run of the base game in Q3/2017, so in about 3 months when PMTG is printed. That will be purely the retail version, not including Witches grotto nor Hideout. One day in future we will reprint WG and HO as separate boxes. But time for that is earliers with Soul Spire which is set to Kickstart on Q1/2018.
