Why do we have resin miniatures and not plastic?
After careful consideration, we found out that plastic miniatures would too expensive to produce in the scale we expect PMTG to sell (eg. it would be very unlikely that we’ll sell more than the base game).

There were problems with some resin miniatures last time. What has been done to prevent it happening again?
First of all, we assume that everyone will understand that there might be need to glue parts, if the miniature ends up to be multi-part. That is possible. We will also ship the miniature in a plastic container that is made as form-fit for the miniature to prevent it being broken. However, there is still a small chance that due to heat differences, some parts can be bent and needs careful unbending after warm (+60c) water.

Why isn’t there a picture of the box?
This is not a boxed product. It’ll be packed in a shrink wrap, but will not be boxed as it’s intended to be placed in the original Perdition’s Mouth: Abyssal Rift box. We thought that spending your funds to produce box would be wasteful.

Will this be available from local gaming store?
Unlikely. We will only print a quantity that we are confident that it’ll sell. And as this isn’t boxed product, it’ll likely be available only directly from our webstore.

Neither. Guards of the Cult become gender neutral as part of their indoctrination - it is believed to be painful, long and messy project, but no guard has ever divulged what it entails.

What are the replacement cards
There are total of five cards of Tyra that needed tweaking. There Niffils backstab that was missing symbols, one card by Neshilim that required a small update and “Eye wound” card that had a chance for major misunderstandings and had to be remedied.

Will I be able to buy previous add-ons or KS specials?
DDP does it’s very best that you’ll have chances to do so at the BackerKit. We have limited stock of most of the PM:AR extras, but what ever is left will be made available via BackerKit. That will mean that if you’re fast when the BackerKit link arrives, you’ll have wider selection of goodies to choose from. And no, we can not make reprints and re-casts of items that run out as part of PM:TG project.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
